Phillies & Orioles Into the Bowl

The Mosquito Bowl will feature the Phillies against the Orioles. The game goes at 10:00 on Saturday at Lions Park. Results from the NL & AL Bowl games:

NL Bowl Report:  Well, it was a barnburner at Grant tonight. The Phillies defeated the Giants 8-7 in 5 innings.  Giants had bases loaded in bottom of 4th with 2 outs and could not bring in any runs. Great pitching effort by Jordan Swash, Aidan Stewart and Josh Siemens of the Giants.  The Giants also had 2 players get their first hits of the year:  Jeffrey Klassen and Caleb Pahl.    In the bottom of the 5th the Giants got speedy Caleb Pahl on base with a walk. He stole second and third but ended up stranded there to end the game.
