Peewee A Angels In Top Spot & Undefeated

The Peewee A Abby Angels continued their winning streak with a 15-7 win against Mission Wednesday evening. It was an evening of strikeouts as the Abby Pitchers combined for 19 strikeouts to secure the win. Jadon Ostrom pitched four solid innings with Luke Szmutko, Hunter Klassen and Kole Jessamine contributing in relief. Ostrom helped his own cause with a bases loaded triple in the third inning as the Angels climbed into an early lead that they didn’t relinquish. Brady Rempel and Riley Hall had three hit games while Hunter Klassen and Brayden Krahn were dominant at the plate as well. Again, another solid performance up and down the lineup with the team rapping 19 hits on the way to 15 runs. Currently Abbotsford sits in first place in their league with a 6-0 record.
