Peewee AAA Angels Unbeaten

peeweeAAAlogo.jpgThe Peewee AAA Angels played two games at home on Sunday and came away with two victories. In the afternoon the boys beat Rutland by a convincing 8-1 victory.  Starter Conall Sexton gave up just one hit in 4 shutout innings, while Luke Szmutko hit yet another long ball, his first over the newly erected fence at Berry Park.  In the evening game the Angels took on their rivals from Cloverdale.  It was a closer game, but the Angels prevailed 6-5.  Dayton Peters and Tyler Nelson delivered strong pitching, while John Boulanger and Riley Hall led the way at bat.
