The Pirates advance to Mosquito Shield game on Saturday after defeating the Cardinals.

The Cards meanwhile take the Wooden Spoon as the last place team in the 2014 Mosquito Playoff Tournament and hang up their cleats for the 2014 Spring Season.

Note: In a side bet between Pirates Coach Darcy Wakelyn and Cards Coach Richard Rabinovitch, the loser of tonight’s contest will be forced to wear a “Biggest Loser” T-Shirt. Coach Darcy tells us that Coach Richard will need XXL and bright pink.
