From AAHA Fields Master Ernie Wiens:
“The City parks coordinator has offered to put on a Baseball field training session. i think to have both the City crew and the coaches/parent groups on the same page with be good for all in the long run. We have chosen May 2nd at 8:30am at McMillian Park. The City will have a couple of its field maintenance crew out to show us the do and don’t while taking care of the fields we play on. They should have some great tricks for edge and mound maintenance. We may even find a way to make the grass infields better.
Coaches, parents and players are all are invited.”
