Mosquito Cup Qualifier #2 Report: The Padres pulled off the first upset of the 2013 playoffs, albeit a minor one, with a 17-13 victory over the 4th seeded Reds. The loss knocks the Reds out of Cup contention and into the Bowl competition. Meanwhile the Padres move on to the Cup Semifinal.  Things certainly don’t get any easier for the Padres as they now face the #1 seeded Pirates, who lost only once during the regular season.  The Reds will wait to find out who they play on Saturday.
