Hitting Clinic for Coaches a Success

Last Friday night a good group of AAHA Coaches, mostly from the Mosquito Division, but a few from Peewee and Bantam as well, gathered at Yale Secondary for a great Hitting Clinic for Coaches. The session was led by Derek Florko (@SaberCoach). He gave shared some great insight and ideas on hitting, and helped our Coaches learn about the mechanics of hitting, as well as some innovative drills and exercises to help our players improve their swings.
