The Braves took on the Blue Jays in Mosquito action on a sunny Thursday night at Grant Park.  The Braves started strong with 7 runs in the first 2 innings, and held on for a 7-3 win.

The Braves got some great pitching from all their pitchers – Ethan Fulton, Lockhart MacGregor, Jared Nivins, Brendan Bussiere, Aiden Cutrell and Conner Krahn.  Tyson Sauve and Jayden Wells made good defensive plays in the field for the Braves.  The game ended on a great relay from Charlie Visser to Conner Krahn to Lockart MacGregor to tag the Blue Jays runner out at third base.  Lockart MacGregor was the Pita Pit Player of the Game for the Braves, going 3 for 4 at the plate and scoring 2 runs, and allowing 0 runs as pitcher.

Micah Bucknam shut the Braves down pitching 3 innings to keep the Blue Jays in the game, and was 2 for 3 with a double and a triple.
