The Mosquito “A” Angels came to Lions Park yesterday looking to take a 4th straight victory over Cloverdale. it didn’t happen. The visitors came to play, hitting the ball hard and taking advantage of some sloppy defence, while limiting the Angels offence to just 5 hits.  The team had a chance to in the final inning as the tying run was in scoring position, but that was a close as it got. The Angels got strong pitching from the combination of Ronan Sexton, Jakob Loewen, Landon Wakelyn and Jimmy Boulanger, but it wasn’t enough as the team fell to a record of 4 wins and 2 losses.
